A bill for this purpose was tabled by the provincial government during the latest Sindh Assembly session on Monday. The districts of Sujawal, Thatta and Badin were placed under its jurisdiction, but Karachi was excluded. This was recently brought to the attention of the provincial government which took immediate action to change the law.<\/p>\n<p>During the cabinet session, Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Mukesh Kumar Chawla was absent so the bill was moved by Energy Minister Imtiaz Sheikh.
