He also stressed the need to do away with the condition of unnecessary approvals and NOCs.<\/p>\n<p>Elaborating on this, he pointed out that the government has already abolished the condition of seeking approvals from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and other organisations for the construction of multi-storey buildings in big cities. He also said that the establishment of land courts will go a long way in resolving land related matters.<\/p>\n<p>The PM was also briefed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/naya-pakistan-housing-authoritys-role-jurisdiction-widened.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Naya Pakistan Housing Authority<\/a> Chairman Anwar Ali about the steps being taken to address policy issues, simplify procedures, abolish unnecessary approvals, assure the compliance of zoning and development by-laws, and other relevant issues.<\/p>\n<p>He also presented short, medium, and long-term roadmaps for improving Ease of Doing Business in the construction sector.
