The authority has formed a committee to get formal approval for the new rules.<\/p>\n<p>The LDA governing body recently approved these <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-approves-building-zoning-regulations-2019-high-rises.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Building and Zoning Regulations 2019<\/a> for the purpose of promoting the construction of high-rise buildings in the city. The last time the LDA approved building and zoning regulations was 10 years ago.
