He expressed his views on the matter during his one-day visit to Upper Dir on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the construction work will commence soon; adding that the project would cost PKR 5 billion. Unchecked construction would harm the environment and the promotion of tourism in the country, so the government will not allow it.
