It added that the civic agency did not have the authority to undertake the nursery development gig \u2013 a mandate of the Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI).<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the CDA had faced several issues while vacating plots for its own use which were allotted to private individuals for similar purposes.
