These findings were revealed in a meeting on Thursday titled \u2018Recharge Pakistan\u2019, discussing groundwater depletion in the country.<\/p>\n<p>Advisor to Prime Minister on Climate Change Malik Amin Aslam chaired this meeting. Recharge Pakistan is one of the five components of the government\u2019s vision of Clean &amp; Green Pakistan.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting was informed that the PCRWR has established offices across the country including regional and 18 sub-regional setups. The department revealed that it was implementing the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)\u2019s technology GRACE for real-time monitoring of underground freshwater reserves.
