Islamabad: The Capital Smart City has announced a plot ballot event, scheduled to take place in mid-November, for its Overseas and Executive blocks \u2013 a news source reported.<\/p>\n

While no final date has been announced as of yet, members have been asked to clear their dues by October 15 for inclusion in the ballot process. Future Developments Holdings Private Limited (FDHL) has also announced its plans to hand over the possession of blocks in a phased manner. It revealed that the possession for Executive and Overseas Block will become available by the first quarter of 2020.<\/p>\n
