New PC-Is for various projects were presented at this meeting, reviewed, and approved. As a result, a total of 23,827 housing units will be added to Islamabad. These PC-Is are worth over PKR 18 billion. Tenders are in process for some of the projects, while the rest will be started as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>One of the projects was the development of Sector E-12, and involves providing essential services by completing the construction in the sector. This had a PC-I worth PKR 6.63 billion, and was approved. The former amounted to PKR 2.618 billion, while the latter was worth PKR 3.112 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The fifth PC-I was for the development of infrastructure works in Sector G-5.
