The attendees discussed the plans aimed at offering incentives to foreign investors who, in response, could develop under-utilised areas. They opined that there was a need to concentrate on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/noc-now-mandatory-high-rise-constructions-near-airports.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">development of high-rise buildings<\/a> in order to address the issue of lateral expansion of Islamabad.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting also discussed a detailed plan for the prospective developments of different areas in Karachi and the islands falling within Port Qasim\u2019s jurisdiction. The officials concerned presented a phased development plan to PM Khan.
