People affected by the construction refused to vacate their land, as a deal to get them property in I-12 could not materialize. Since the PC-1 of these stalled projects has been approved, the decision was made to start development in sector E-12, as it has been subject to the longest delays in work of all other such incomplete projects.<\/p>\n<p>Chairman CDA Amer Ali Ahmed said that about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-issues-tenders-development-sector-e-12.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">4,000 housing units would be developed in E-12<\/a>.
