This specific piece of land will also have to be transferred to the RDA.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the RDA has notified housing schemes that use the name of a federal or provincial department to share the NOC issued by the respective department as proof of their association. The applications for the issuance of an NOC of an additional 100 housing schemes are currently in progress.
