The committee was also informed that the Gwadar port would be made fully functional to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/transit-trade-begins-at-gwadar-port.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">facilitate the Afghan transit trade<\/a> and trans-shipment process. The senator said that terms of the trade had been finalised by the government following its discussion with the Afghan authorities.<\/p>\n<p>He stated that technical centres for the provision of vocational training programmes to the locals would be set up in coastal cities of the Gwadar district.
