Rawalpindi: The National Engineering Services of Pakistan (NESPAK) has been appointed as the project consultant for the Leh Expressway project, a news source reported. As per officials, the financial bids submitted by the three firms (including NESPAK) which had previously pre-qualified<\/a> for the consultancy contract were opened on Monday.<\/p>\n

As per reports, both the financial and technical bids submitted by NESPAK were ranked at the top among those submitted by the other firms. The contract for the Leh Expresway project will be formally awarded to the NESPAK once the due process for document submission completes. Following this procedure, NESPAK will share its report on the project design and assessment plan within a five-month time frame.<\/p>\n
