They had been constructed in violation of the building bylaws determined for high-rise structures in the city.<\/p>\n<p>Read:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/regularisation-of-360-slums-in-sindh-underway-baloch.html\">Regularisation of 360 slums in Sindh underway: Baloch<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As per the information shared by Sindh Minister for Human Settlement Ghulam Murtaza Baloch, the Sindh government will demolish all such buildings in <em>kachi abadis<\/em> that have more than three storeys. In addition, they will also file cases against the owners of these structures.\u00a0In August this year, the minister announced that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/regularisation-of-360-slums-in-sindh-underway-baloch.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">regularisation of 360 slums<\/a> in Sindh was underway.<\/p>\n<p>In this regard, the government will issue notices to the owners in the first phase of the action plan. Moreover, action will also be taken against contractors hired for such projects.
