As per details, these exemption letters were issued to the alottees of developed plots in exchange for their land previously acquired by the civic agency for the development of its residential scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-city-development-work-to-be-divided-in-7-packages.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LDA City development work to be divided in 7 packages<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Additional Director General (Urban Planning) Rana Tikka Khan, during his meeting with the project\u2019s development partners on Tuesday, said that all arrangements for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/ballot-date-for-lda-city-phase-i-announced-2.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LDA City balloting event 2019<\/a> were near finalisation.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, to facilitate the land providers, the development authority had provide these individuals with 31% of the total plots against their entire land. He added that Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act had been imposed to acquire remaining 1,500 kanals for the project.
