Karachi: As revealed in a Twitter post shared by Bahria Town CEO Malik Riaz Hussain a few days ago, Bahria Town is all set to launch its new residential project<\/a> in the city, named \u2018Central Park Apartments\u2019, on November 4 \u2013 according to a publication. This real estate development, as per a further announcement by Bahria Town Country Head Shahid Mehmood Qureshi, will feature 2-bedroom apartment units.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Qureshi declared that this project offered a \u2018great opportunity\u2019 for adjusting the allottees of Bahria Paradise, Sports City, as well as other halted Bahria Town Karachi, schemes. He gave his assurance that all the investors and members of Bahria Town projects would be compensated with suitable accommodation in Central Park Apartments on a priority basis.<\/p>\n

As per sources, Bahria Sports City had been faced with a number of land-availability issues that had halted its development work. However, these problems have now been resolved.
