One of the stipulation was that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/fbr-postpones-cnic-condition-for-traders-till-october.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">no action will be taken under CNIC condition<\/a> for the next three months.<\/p>\n<p>Addressing a joint press conference after the negotiations, both sides expressed their resolve to help the state broaden the tax net.<\/p>\n<p>Read:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/fbr-withhold-cnic-condition-till-jan-1-2020.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FBR to withhold the CNIC condition till Jan 1, 2020<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Shaikh mentioned that only 393,000 traders paid taxes out of the four million individuals operating across the country. He said that the government was striving to win the confidence of the business community in the former\u2019s bid to increase the tax net. He also announced that a form would be prepared in Urdu for registration and filing of income tax returns.<\/p>\n<p>As per the details of the agreement, traders will help tax authorities in expanding the registration of unregistered income tax filers.
