As per details, the authority will conduct the balloting event on November 12 in its Islamabad secretariat at 10 am.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-earns-pkr-3-66-bn-during-three-day-auction.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CDA earns PKR 3.66 bn during three-day auction<\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to officials, The landowners in the sector \u2013 who had previously provided their land to the CDA under a land-sharing agreement \u2013 will receive the possession of their plots. They said that the authority had announced its decision to hold the balloting process following the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/ihc-orders-cda-settle-pending-compensation-claims-within-90-days.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">orders issued <\/a>by the Islamabad High Court (IHC).<\/p>\n<p>The land-sharing rules indicate that landowners have to provide their underdeveloped land to the CDA to facilitate the development of stalled sectors in the capital city. Once the authority has developed this land, it hands back the possession to the original owners.
