At this session, the attendees will be able to make queries and provide their feedback on the new regulations.<\/p>\n<p>This seminar is to be held on the November 11 (Monday), at LDA Sports Complex, located at 467-D-II, Main Boulevard, Khyaban-e-Firdousi Road, Johar Town.<\/p>\n<p>The LDA\u2019s need for new regulations stems from the mushroom growth in illegal commercial activities, and to upgrade the legislative framework in order to meet the changing demands of the city.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-to-update-its-land-use-rules-again.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LDA to update its land-use rules again<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aside from being responsible for the planning and development of the city, LDA is also responsible for formulating the regulations pertaining to land use and building control. The new draft rules have been devised in light of the fact that commercial development in Lahore has surpassed previous predictions.
