As a follow-up to this effort, the civic authority\u2019s Building Control Directorate-II reported receiving over 1,100 building plans, of which 965 plans were successfully approved by the government authority.<\/p>\n<p>In the first phase of this campaign, the department is focusing on approving the plans of residential buildings in the private housing schemes, while the second phase will involve the review for approval of plans for commercial properties.
