As per the details previously communicated, the ballot to assign numbers against plots situated in the LDA City will take place on November 30.<\/p>\n<p>Read:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-city-exemption-letter-recipients-to-be-included-in-phase-i-balloting-process.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LDA City exemption letter holders to be included in balloting process<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Further, the LDA has announced its decision to include the owners of the scheme\u2019s exemption files in the upcoming ballot process. The details of the said policy are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-city-ballot-form-submissions-deadline-announced.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">last date to submit applications<\/a> for issuance of exemption letters for plot files and their transfers is November 16.<\/li>\n<li>The process to complete the issuance of exemption and transfer letter will be completed by November 26.<\/li>\n<li>LDA will only include those files against which it has issued exemption letters.<\/li>\n<li>The LDA City file holders who have not applied for the issuance of exemption letter should do so immediately by getting in touch with the LDA City development partner concerned, otherwise they will not be included in the ballot.<\/li>\n<li>The details on exemption letters and transfer notices issued by the LDA will be uploaded to the development authority\u2019s official website on November 28.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Previously, the LDA had stated that it would collaborate with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pitb-to-help-with-lda-city-phase-i-plot-ballot.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Punjab Information Technology Board<\/a> (PITB) to organise the balloting process.<\/p>\n<p>For more updates on the LDA City ballot event, stay tuned to Zameen News.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority has shared the details of its policy finalised for conducting the plot ballot event in LDA City, according to a publication.
