As per the NAB spokesperson, the authority captured the culprit after they had initiated an inquiry in to his business activities \u2014 both past and future.<\/p>\n<p>The accused is being charged for cheating the public at large and for defrauding approximately 1,100 allottees by not honoring their legal rights as property owners, back in 1992.
