Lahore: The forms submission deadline for Bahria Town Karachi\u2019s brand new apartment project, titled \u2018Central Park Apartments\u2019, is all set to expire today (November 14), according to news sources. Previously, the scheme\u2019s administration had announced its decision to provide a PKR 100,000 discount facility to applicants who succeed in the project\u2019s upcoming balloting event.<\/p>\n

The discounted amount is to be adjusted in the down payment of the allottees of the apartments, as per the sources. The booking forms can be submitted in selected Bahria Town Offices as well as designated branches of the Allied Bank.<\/p>\n

According to reports, the project has garnered encouraging response from the general public. It received a record number of booking in the first hour of the launch. However, in an earlier statement by Bahria Town\u2019s Country Head Shahid Mehmood Qureshi<\/a>, it was announced that the allottees of Bahria Paradise, Bahria Sports City and other discontinued Bahria projects will be compensated in this project. No further announcement on this front has surfaced as of yet.<\/p>\n
