As per officials, the organisation is expected to provide the detailed design transaction and technical advisory services for the legal, financial, and technical report of the project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/nespak-qualifies-to-become-leh-expressway-project-consultant.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NESPAK qualifies to become Leh Expressway project consultant<\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to reports, NESPAK will collaborate with two other companies in order to fulfil contractual obligations. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rda-pre-qualifies-four-firms-leh-expressway-development.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA)<\/a> will monitor the project during the construction work \u2013 since the project is being developed on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis.<\/p>\n<p>Following its completion, the 23-kilometre (km)-long Leh Expressway from Soan River Bridge to Kashmir Highway will help provide an alternative traffic route between Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
