The form specifies the per marla rate of PKR 150,000 as a \u2018tentative price\u2019.<\/p>\n<table class=\"post-tbl-cust\" width=\"268\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"173\">Unit size<\/td>\n<td width=\"95\">3 marla<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"173\">Processing fee<\/td>\n<td width=\"95\">PKR 250<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"173\">Token money (refundable)<\/td>\n<td width=\"95\">PKR 10,000<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"173\">Down payment (20%)<\/td>\n<td width=\"95\">PKR 90,000<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"173\">Monthly instalment x 36<\/td>\n<td width=\"95\">PKR 10,000<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"173\">Total (tentative) price<\/td>\n<td width=\"95\">PKR 450,000<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Read:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/phata-looking-to-use-green-areas-in-lahore-for-nphp-development.html\">PHATA looking to use green areas in Lahore for NPHP development<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The applicant has to be a resident of Punjab<\/li>\n<li>The applicant should not own a house or a residential plot<\/li>\n<li>The processing fee of PKR 250 is non-refundable<\/li>\n<li>Those who are unsuccessful in the ballot can collect the token money (PKR 10,000) by presenting their payment slip at the concerned Bank of Punjab branch 15 days after the ballot\u2019s conclusion.<\/li>\n<li>The successful applicants will be required to pay the down payment amount (PKR 90,000) within 20 days of receiving the offer letter. In case of non-payment, the token money will be cancelled and considered a government asset. In addition, the allotment will also be cancelled; the plot will instead be offered to the next candidate in the waiting list.<\/li>\n<li>Within six months of getting possession of a plot, the allottee will be bound to start construction of their house according to the map\/building plan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/forum\/discussions\/projects_and_developments\/affordable_housing_in_naya_pakistan_-32634.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">approved by PHATA<\/a>. The allottee will get no extension in this regard and in the case of non-compliance, the authority will cancel their plot allotment.<\/li>\n<li>The remaining amount has to be cleared in 36 monthly instalments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As announced earlier, the government of Punjab extended the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/nphp-registration-deadline-gets-another-extension.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">registration deadline<\/a> for NPHP to December 15.
