Umar emphasised the ground-breaking of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/govt-revise-incentives-sezs-under-cpec.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SEZ<\/a>s, and stated that at least one of them should be accomplished by December 31.
