The court directed the administration of the housing society to halt all developmental work, and ordered them to first have the building plans approved from the RDA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rda-adopt-no-tolerance-policy-against-illegal-projects.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RDA to adopt \u2018no-tolerance policy\u2019 against illegal projects<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In addition, the court barred the RDA from dismantling the infrastructure of the project \u2013 giving the developer time to get the layout plan approved as per law.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the RDA had carried out an operation to demolish the society\u2019s illegal structures, but the developer had produced a court stay order to continue development work. Following this, RDA\u2019s legal team requested the court to direct the housing society\u2019s management from violating the laws and get the required approvals post-haste.<\/p>\n<p>After hearing from both sides, the court barred the housing society from further development work.
