Further, the taxation agency plans to introduce a fixed tax regime for the country\u2019s builders and developers.<\/p>\n<p>According to officials, the FBR recently gathered all the cases of developers and builders under one special wing, established at its Large Tax Payers Unit (LTU)-II facility in Karachi, to monitor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/fbr-notifies-13000-property-buyers-karachi-file-tax-returns.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">real estate business transactions<\/a>.
