He said that the executive would offer every possible assistance to the local and international builders\/developers in a bid to protect agricultural land and promote effective urban land usage by boosting vertical development in the provincial capital.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-received-76-building-plans-applications-for-high-rise-projects-in-4-months.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LDA received 76 building plans\u2019 applications for high-rise projects in 4 months<\/a><\/p>\n<p>He informed the delegation that the LDA had approved new regulations for high-rise constructions after consulting all stakeholders (builders, developers, architects, town planners, academia and public) involved.<\/p>\n<p>The delegation received a detailed briefing regarding the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-approves-building-zoning-regulations-2019-high-rises.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> new regulations for the construction of high-rises <\/a>including height limits, no-objection certificate (NOC) issuance from multiple government agencies.
