Peshawar: Senior Minister for Tourism and Youth Affairs Atif Khan on Monday soft-launched the Kamyab Jawan Programme in Peshawar \u2014 with the implementation of the scheme expected to cost PKR 100 billion, according to news sources. The minster further announced that, in addition to granting loans to young entrepreneurs, the government would also be providing them with vocational training<\/a> in order to support their proposed ventures.<\/p>\n

The launch ceremony was held at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women\u2019s University. Addressing the gathered crowd, Minister Khan stated that the provincial government was providing support to the young people of the country with a PKR 5 billion programme, aimed at offering them easy loans and help them with employment opportunities. Additionally, Minister Atif Khan also highlighted that the large population of young people in Pakistan was an immense, untapped talent pool that could help the country in the future.<\/p>\n
