Rawalpindi: Federal Minister for Aviation Ghulam Sarwar Khan on Tuesday directed the concerned authorities to prepare feasibility studies, on a priority basis, for small dam projects<\/a>\u00a0in Rawalpindi\u2014 a news source reported. As per the publication, the minister stated that the preparation of these feasibility studies would help expedite the initiation of developmental work required for these projects.<\/p>\n

Minister Khan gave these orders during a meeting with members of the district committee and Rawalpindi Deputy Commissioner Saif Dogar. During the session, he was also provided with a detailed breakdown on development projects that are currently under construction. These include three under construction universities in Rawalpindi, various water supply schemes, and infrastructure development projects for roads and overhead bridges.<\/p>\n
