Excise, Taxation &amp; Narcotics Control Secretary Abdul Haleem Shaikh, E&amp;T Director General Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui and other officials concerned were all present at the occasion.<\/p>\n<p>The minister also reprimanded the officials who had been unable to achieve the assigned targets.
