The DC directed the relevant officials to upload the PC-1s so to the Citizens\u2019 Portal. He said that people should also be informed of the scheme\u2019s execution following the availability of funds.<\/p>\n<p>The DC also said that inquiries will be launched in case of false complaints against officials, if the complaints are used as blackmailing tools.<\/p>\n<p>CPO Dareshak said he was personally monitoring the complaints appearing on the Citizens\u2019 Portal that were related to the police. He said that these were being resolved on a priority basis.<\/p>\n<p>The officials also revealed that the Citizens\u2019 Portal was receiving, on average, 100 complaints against provincial and federal departments on a daily basis. They said that of the total of 3,423 complaints, 2,515 had been resolved.
