However, it has been facing traffic congestion and gridlock lately; making this expansion and rehabilitation project necessary.<\/p>\n<p>The consultant will be responsible for creating a feasibility study for this expansion; with traffic load as a major focus area. This study will also include designing the rehabilitation process for the IJ Principal Road, and its widening. Additionally, the consultant will also design rigid pavements on both sides of the widened road, and provide culverts as per need.
