Previously, the authority had sealed the plaza following reports of non-conforming use. Apart from halting all construction activity on the premises, the CDA also sealed the top floors of the building.<\/p>\n<p>This operation was part of the civic body\u2019s overarching<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-conducts-anti-encroachment-drive-sector-i-12.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> anti-encroachment drive<\/a>, which has been going on continuously all over the capital city.
