The commercial land in Blue Area is highly coveted and the CDA has generated billions of rupees through auction of valuable commercial plots.<\/p>\n<p>NAPHDA recently requested the Cabinet Division to seek input from the Ministry of Law and Justice on the former\u2019s proposal to begin a public-public partnership with the civic agency.
