A few weeks ago, Bahria Town Karachi had announced December 31, 2019, as the last date to acquire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/bahria-town-karachi-sends-final-notice-to-specific-property-owners.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">possessions of developed villas and apartments<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If an owner fails to secure his\/her property \u2013 which can only be transferred to his\/her name through possession, utility and maintenance charge payments \u2013 the developer will grant possession of the same plot to another member interested.
