He also appealed to the nation to support the government\u2019s fight against corruption.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the government is set on a path to economic stability and that the national currency is getting stronger as exports, remittances and investments are increasing.<\/p>\n<p>The PM said that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pm-inaugurate-jalalpur-canal-project-proposed-during-raj.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">114-kilometre Jalalpur Canal <\/a>will be built at an estimated cost of PKR 32.7 billion and will facilitate over 400,000 individuals residing in some 80 villages of the Jehlum and Khushab districts.
