The development authority allocated plot numbers against some 9,700 plot files in nine months as per the directives of Supreme Court, while plot possession was offered to a total of 623 property owners in LDA Avenue-I.<\/p>\n<p>Read:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-city-phase-i-second-ballot-date-announced.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LDA City Phase I second ballot date announced<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the civic agency stated that it had initiated development work in LDA City Jinnah Sector (Phase I) that spans 13,000 kanals at a cost of PKR 3 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The development authority also spent PKR 600 million on the rehabilitation of 46 roads in the city and initiated the construction of \u2018Bab-e-Lahore\u2019 near Thokar Niaz Baig at a cost of PKR 250 million.
