This professional would further aid the authority in the creation of a data bank of missing roads, streets, and other required constructions in the city\u2019s urban locations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-operation-against-building-code-violation-z-ii-z-v-continues.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CDA operation against building code violation in Z-II, Z-V continues<\/a><\/p>\n<p>CDA Chairman Amer Ali Ahmed stated that the authority had been carrying out the repair and maintenance works in a haphazard manner \u2013 resulting in the negligence of some areas. He added that a survey of the entire city for assessing, estimating, and executing the repair work was the need of the hour.<\/p>\n<p>Ahmed said that after the completion of the said survey, CDA would carry out the development work on need basis instead of \u2018pick and choose\u2019 basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-approves-funds-supply-gas-i-11s-subsectors.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CDA approves funds for gas provision to I-11 subsectors<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/seventh-avenue-to-be-presented-before-cda-dwp-in-next-meeting.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CDA Departmental Working Party (DWP)<\/a> would conduct its meeting on January 8, during which the officials concerned would take up the issue of hiring services of the consultant. Director Technical Faisal Naeem stated that they would hire the consultant through a competitive bidding process.
