As per the publication, the authority plans to refund a total of PKR 513 million to consumers in cases where the site pressure was lower than the billing pressure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/sngpl-disconnects-361-illegal-gas-connections-peshawar.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SNGPL disconnects 361 illegal gas connections in Peshawar<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As per the information available, the SNGPL Board of Directors reviewed the case in great detail and decided to take this measure following the advice of Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan. They ordered the management to arrange physical cross-checks of actual delivery pressure, and identify where the current site pressure was less than the billing pressure.<\/p>\n<p>SNGPL officials revealed that fluctuating gas pressure was due to various technical parameters, which also include seasonal impact and the supply and demand situation. To deal with this problem, the company has decided to refund PKR 513 million.
