Later, the full implementation of this ruling was officially <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/govt-postpones-cnic-condition-for-three-months-traders-end-strikes.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">delayed <\/a>till January 1 this year.
