Karachi \u2013 DHA Karachi has received a notice from SHC (Sindh High Court) regarding the blockade of roads leading to Do Darya recreational spot, on the case filed by private hotels.<\/p>\n

Private hotels submitted in the court that they were allotted land on lease by the DHA for development of hotels on the beach avenue. They also submitted that they had funneled huge amounts in the development work and now DHA Management asks them to vacate the land. DHA has also blocked the roads that lead towards these hotels.<\/p>\n

Addressing to this, SHC has restrained DHA from blocking the roads and ordained the authority to ensure the presence of senior official at the next hearing in the court.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
