The provincial minister spoke at the occasion and said that Sindh would be the first province to launch such an upgraded system for the issuance of computerised certificates.<\/p>\n<p>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n<p>The local government secretary stated that this data system would be accessible to the minister, secretary and other district officials.
