CDA Member Engineering Humayun Akhtar stated that the development authority had constituted the committee, which is led by the member finance, to resolve these <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/litigation-issues-margalla-avenue-faces-delay.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"legal issues (opens in a new tab)\">legal issues<\/a> with the contractor. He added that they were seeking an out-of-court settlement in this regard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After all issues have been settled, Akhtar said that the CDA planned to resume with the construction of the stalled project.
