As per the source, the civic authority was recently directed by an Islamabad High Court (IHC)-mandated commission to resolve the grievances of these individuals on a priority basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the notification, the CDA has invited claims from affectees who have not been compensated and received any rehabilitation benefits against land and built up properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-resume-stalled-margalla-avenue-project.html\" target=\"_blank\">CDA to resume stalled Margalla Avenue project<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Affectees that have stakes in the following mouzas of sector I-11 and I-12 are to contact the CDA:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mouza Bokra<\/li><li>Mouza Sorain<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The claims invited for sector E-12 are for the following mouzas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Baikar Fateh Baksh <\/li><li>Baikar Akku <\/li><li>Dharik Mohri<\/li><li>Bara Dari<\/li><li>Siri Saral <\/li><li>Golra Sharif<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Read:<\/strong> <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-to-invite-international-tender-for-ghazi-barotha.html\" target=\"_blank\">CDA to invite international tender for Ghazi Barotha initiative<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The claim applications relating to compensation and rehabilitation benefits against Land and Built Up Properties have been asked to be submitted to Mr Arshad Mehmood, Focal Person, Room #10, Land &amp; Rehabilitation Section, Land Directorate.
