CM\nBuzdar presided over a meeting that reviewed various development projects of the\nWildlife and Fisheries Department. Minister for Forest, Wildlife and Fisheries\nAsad Khokhar, Secretary Forests, Wildlife & Fisheries, Secretary Finance,\nand other officials concerned attended the meeting as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The\nmeeting decided in principle to develop the cage fish culture cluster\ndevelopment programme for the upgradation of fisheries. CM Buzdar told the\nmeeting that five thousand cages would be fitted for fisheries at various\nbarrages including Taunsa, Chashma, and Head Panjnad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He\ninformed the meeting that 750 farmers would be given capacity building training\nand a hatchery project would be launched in Fazilpur.
