The LDA announced to <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"slashed the development charges (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/development-charges-halved-for-lda-city-file-holders.html\" target=\"_blank\">slash the development charges<\/a> by 50% in  July 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The development work for this project has been estimated to cost PKR 2.3 million per kanal \u2013 with the owners of 1-kanal plots expected to pay only half the said amount.
