Moreover, he reviewed the progress in relation to town planning and regulations for the construction sector under the \u2018Gwadar Smart City Master Plan\u2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GDA Director General (DG) Shahzeb Kakar apprised the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/forum\/discussions\/projects_and_developments\/gwadar_master_plan_draft_approved-32909.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"governing body  (opens in a new tab)\">governing body <\/a>regarding the proposed rules and regulations, along with other suggestions, related to fee rates and tax collection in the city. In this regard, the governing body issued orders to establish one-window operation cell for issuing licenses to private developers, as well as collecting registration fee and taxes from these individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, during the meeting, the CM ordered the GDA to consider Gwadar as an international port city right from start of construction. Furthermore, he stated that the authority should ensure environmental protection and availability of energy resources when constructing the high-rise buildings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/gwadar-master-plan-2050-unveiled.html\">Gwadar Master Plan 2050 unveiled<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the meeting asked GDA to publish notices in\nnewspapers and on its official website about the approved housing societies.\nThese housing projects would now receive No-Objection Certificates (NOCs) under\nthe amended master plan. GDA had previously issues NOCs to these societies as\nper the old Gwadar Master Plan.
