He took the opportunity to further ask the\nBoR to encourage investors, along with other stakeholders, to apply for\nregistrations and property transfers online \u2014 saying it &nbsp;would help save time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, the CM particularly called upon the heads of 10 different government agencies. He added that he planned to facilitate the investors\nby investing large sums of money into developing Karachi, Hyderabad, Larkana,\nSukkur, Thatta, and Mirpurkhas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, Senior Member of the Board of Revenue (SMBR) admitted that the property registration and transfer process took 149 days to six months to complete. He assured that the BoR would be launching an online application system soon, which would allow the ministry to receive automatically generated registration and transfer documents on time.
